Production of auto engine exhaust tube runners generally require several processes. Using ISO/TS 16949:2002 automotive manufacturing requirements we - -

• Verify that raw material tube stock is within specifications.
• Cut the raw material tubular stock to slightly greater than twice the length of two parts.
• Use CNC benders for automatic multiple radius bending for two parts.
• Center cut the bent tube into two tubular exhaust runners.
• Cut the tube ends to exact length.
• Debur the tubular cuts.
• Use ram forming machines to reduce, enlarge (swedging) or reshape tube runner ends (end forming).
• Use precision jigs for spot welding flanges to tubes.
• Wash the tubular parts.
• Verify that the tube automotive parts are within manufacturing tolerances using a 3rd party certified coordinated measuring machine.
• Package the parts for distribution.
• Ship the parts to the automotive exhaust tube runner parts distributor.

Baker Metal Products fabricates the rear seat frame assemblies plus cooler racks and leg minder shields for Yamaha Rhino, Polaris Ranger and Artic Cat Prowler ATVs. Front bumper assemblies are manufactured for golf carts. Baker Metal Products tube bending, forming, deburring, cutting and TIG and MIG welding capabilites are ideally suited for manufacture of these assemblies.

Baker Metal Products fabricates tubular parts used in the manufacture of school furniture. In several of these examples Baker Metal Products bent the tubular furniture frames while other manufacturing steps were done by other manufacturers.

In addition to tube fabrication bending, cutting, deburring, forming, drilling and welding, the outdoor table and bench metal parts required powder coating by an affiliate. The final parts for the assembly (frame, nuts, bolts, seats, table top, assembly instructions, etc.) are packaged by Baker Metal Products and shipped to wholesale and retail distributors.

The metal tubular frames for the office chair and office sofa in these examples required CNC tube bending, tube cutting and machining. The chrome plating was done by an affiliate.
